Shephard'S Live Entertainment Resort, Clearwater Beach

I chose a room facing the beautiful beach and pool for the tranquility it offered, but unfortunately, the constant loud music destroyed the peaceful ambiance. Service was great overall, with some areas needing improvement such as stopping alcohol sales when guests become unruly. The location on the bay side of the resort was wonderful, providing access to a clean white beach area and fantastic views. The dining options were extensive and excellent though slightly pricey. The facilities were top-notch, despite some minor noise disturbances.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic with clean and attractive rooms, perfect for those wanting nightly entertainment. However, the room facing the stage was a downside despite the anticipation of a breathtaking ocean view.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was excellent with direct beach access and a good setting away from the busy beach area near Pier 60. However, the rooms, although clean and modern, were smaller than expected. The service was friendly, but some areas like the front desk seemed more focused on basic tasks rather than going the extra mile. The dining options were limited in my opinion, and the facilities were satisfactory but nothing remarkable.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are gorgeous, just redone to a really high standard. The spacious room featured a bright decor with a fully stocked kitchenette, an eating counter, a balcony facing the ocean, a ceiling fan, and a guest laundry in every building, making it a perfect place for a week-long stay. The fact that my room faced the street was actually nice because the nightclub is at the back of the property.

The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a wonderful stay, despite some encounters with a less than pleasant manager. The on-site entertainment added to the vibrant atmosphere, but the late-night noise could be a downside. The dining options were varied and plentiful, although a closure on Sundays was a slight letdown.
